At all times, the Captain controls the vessel and, hence, it is understood that any and all laws in regard to fish size, daily limits, etc., will be interpreted by the Captain and adhered to by me, the client, Horseplay of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate termination of the trip. The Captain reserves the right to alter the original intention of the trip if sea conditions or weather present a potential or real hazard. This hazard will be determined by the Captain and I, the client, agree to adhere to his decision. In the event that the Captain does make such a decision, I, the client, have the option of either continuing on the newly configured trip and receive a rebate for any price differential, receive a full refund of any money paid to date for that trip (this return of payment will be prorated for trips that have been partially completed prior to the change), or reschedule the trip for a date agreed upon by the Captain and me, the client. If the Captain does not see a hazard, but I, the client, wish to alter the original intention of the trip, the Captain may agree with my decision, but no refunds of any funds will be made. Deposits are necessary to secure a trip date. Any cancellation that is not received by the Captain by email or by US Postal Service within 14 days of the trip date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Credit card deposit returns are subject to 5% fee regardless of the reason for the return.
