Striped Bass regulations in Rhode Island have been established for 2020. The law allows 1 fish/angler not shorter than 28 inches and not longer than 35 inches total length. Also, when fishing with live or dead bait, a circle hook is required, except if the bait is attached to an artificial lure, such as tube and worm. Charter vessels are exempted from this circle hook regulation. Connecticut, Mass, and NY have the same regulation for stripers.
